About Me
Hi, I’m Jason Luster, an IT professional based in York, Pennsylvania, with a passion for turning complex challenges into streamlined digital solutions. With over ten years of experience in Information Technology, my focus has always been on delivering technology that genuinely helps people work better.
Currently, I lead the Business Automation division at Patriot Federal Credit Union. My team and I handle digital transformation projects from initial discovery all the way through to deployment and support. Our main goal is simply to streamline internal processes and build secure, reliable systems.
My day-to-day work revolves around the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. I use Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint to create low-code business solutions, and I manage integrations with platforms like Adobe and DocuSign to ensure our digital tools work seamlessly together.
My interest in software development sparked back in 2014 at DVLUP Day in New York City, and it’s been fueling my career ever since. While I specialize in low-code development for the enterprise, I'm always looking to learn new things. Lately, I've been diving into indie game development as a hobby to stretch my programming skills in my free time.
On the personal side, I’m a devoted Christian, husband, and father. I love keeping up with tech trends, spending quality time with my family, reading, hitting the beach, and kicking around a soccer ball when I get the chance.
